OVERVIEW

Our program “Intelligence by Gender, Education and Power Imposition” is a holistic research that proposes to reach further knowledge about knowledgeable intelligence not only in organic matter, but also in inorganic matter.

As far as organic matter is concerned, the research is oriented on both sex and gender, for it’s the opinion of researchers that intelligence of both female sex and gender is different than the male one, overall because of the different functions that nature attributes to those two “generes”.

The scope of this research is not closing themselves into sterile laboratories, but involving common people in the research, analyzing ad testing their impressions and behavior.

It is a research whose stage is the road, and not any academic or laboratory stage.

We are therefore convinced that the result of this research shall be extremely useful to the economic sector too, because it can furnish elements that shall allow improving the life level and with it the production of new real wealth too. We cite a simple but effective example collected I Rijeka (Croatia). Mr. Pavic, a Serbian doctor, who worked for some 20 years at ENI Group in Angola, witnessed that vaccinations were effective o white males, useful o yellow males, and dangerous on both black males and females.

Why? Probably because intelligence has an important role I the medical cure too, even if science do anything to ignore the difference between a white, yellow, ad black person. Well, we are not talking at all of ay “superiority”, but just of difference that, as such, shall be identified and harmonized to get the best result I all field of intervention.

Intelligence is partly innate (instincts) ad partly acquired (education, experiences, etc.), and can be manipulated positively or negatively by power imposition.

Power imposition can manipulate organic matter’s intelligence of any living being (human, animal, and vegetal) and inorganic matter’s intelligence too.

Nature has been conceived to be lived in perfect harmony, and is furnished of such an intelligence that, if respected, is oriented to the welfare of its creatures. Organic and inorganic matter have a program that we can define, using informatics language, “firmware” that allows matter to behave positively in the execution of its duties. Both vegetal and animal beings live in perfect harmony with nature

Human intelligence behaves with nature as software behaves with a computer, i.e. dictates a program for solutions that can improve the lives of everyone. Well, if such software is positive, the response of nature shall be positive, otherwise it can be devastating.

Male gender has always forced with his power female gender (even if in the far past we observed opposed cases), generating this way a reduced capacity of female gender to knowledge and progress of humanity. To try to understand the different worth of intelligence by sex and gender” is fundamental for survival of the world I which we can live.

The research we propose is not a laboratory case, but the ontological search of life.

We cannot pretend to arrive to complete definitions (we would be only poor men in such a case), but we can try to open a research channel to all who want to go on up to the goal.

PREMISES

This is a holistic research which moves from the statements of Anselm of Canterbury, Anselmo d’Aosta, (1033-1109).

Our reasoning is done using common human intelligence, experience, intuitions, opinion polls, and field tests.

AXIOMS

AXIOM 1: AI (Absolute Intelligence) by definition is the one for which no greater intelligence can be conceived.

AXIOM 2: AI exists in the understanding; therefore It shall be the greatest essence of intelligence in reality.

AXIOM 3: Nothing can be created without a project; therefore Universe could not create itself from scratch, i.e. something null and void; it needed a project from an external/internal intelligence. Universe is moved by AI (Absolute Intelligence). I (Intelligence) is present in both inorganic and organic matter. In human beings intelligence is thought to be different in quality in both sex and gender. Scope of this research is to understand how AI works ad why.

SCOPES OF THE RESEARCH

  1. Improve the knowledge on intelligence

  2. As a computer (hardware) needs intelligence (firmware) for operating proper functions, and further intelligence (software) for working in all its potential, in the same way Universe needs a firmware for operating, and further programs for expressing all its potential. Our research is targeted to identify the firmware that leads Universe, and the intelligence that allows exploiting all the capacities of the intelligible Universe.

  3. I (Intelligence) can be manipulated by education and/or power imposition. Scope of this research is to analyze how education and/or power imposition can manipulate intelligence, and up to what, in both inorganic and organic matter. Further in human beings intelligence manipulation in female gender is atavic, based overall on the different nature and functions of females. Maternity is the most important function of life, and for that females are weaker than males; therefore they need more protection than males in defending their intelligence freedom. Our research is targeted to identify the difference (if any) between genders in all living beings.

  4. Humanity manipulates intelligence of enviroment for greedeness and/or stupidity. Such a manipulation could be destructive for the whole humanity. The research analyzes the environment constrains ad the limits that a wrong approach cannot overcome for avoiding the destruction of our planet.

DEFINITIONS

  1. AI: Absolute Intelligence
    the set of the whole external to Universe.

  2. I: Intelligence present in both organic and inorganic matter.

  3. U: Universe, the whole imaginable, and unimaginable.

U = {mass-energy equivalence, force, intelligence, positive/negative events, other worlds?}

Whereas

3.1) Mass-energy equivalence = (E=mc2) assuming that such a formula can have a logical sense.

3.2) Mass is assumed as the quantity of matter a body contains, measured in terms of resistance to acceleration by a force.

3.3) Matter is assumed as the physical world.

3.4) Energy is assumed as the capacity of doing work and overcoming resistance.

3.5) Force is assumed as any interaction which tends to change the motion of objects, for attracting (gravity), attracting or repulsing (electromagnetism), annihilating (matter/antimatter). A force can be spontaneous or generated by an external element.

3.6) Good reasoning indicates the capacity of creating statements having correspondence, and/or coherence, using logic as a tool for correctly stating.

3.7) Human intelligence (Hi) = unexplained ability to reasoning:

Hi = {instincts, education, experience, emotion, intuition, living in harmony with nature, good reasoning, positivity/negativity}

3.8) Other worlds are intended as from K. Gödel

Whereas

a) Instincts = {survival, knowledge, (computing?), socialization, reproduction, exchanging}: i.e. innate ability to performing and acting the elements of the set.

b) Education = teaching good reasoning, living in perfect harmony with nature, and in the ethic sense.

c) Experience = the capacity of learning from life events.

d) Ethics: following the rule stated in the Holy Bible “Do to everyone what you expecting for you”, which is perfect in both civil and penal responsibility.

e) Emotion: the ability to understand from and/or beyond the physical world

f) Good reasoning: the ability of applying intelligence for reasoning with sense.

g) Intuition: unexplained ability to understand/create something not understood/created before

h) Positive/negative: positive means “positive in the moral aesthetic sense, independently of the accidental structure of the world. It also means “pure attribution” as oppose to “privation” (or containing privation). Negative means the negation of positive.

3.8) Intelligence in organic matter

A metaphysical quality included in the organic matter: a “read only memory” for which any entity knows how to work, and why.

3.9) Intelligence in inorganic matter

A metaphysical quality included in the inorganic matter: a “read only memory” for which any element knows how to work, and why.

  1. Nature = {ground, underground, air, water; with their respective living beings}

  2. Creation
    bringing into existence. Big Bang theory excludes any intelligence in the process of creation; therefore it has no probability of happening, because any creation needs intelligence as essential element of the event.

  3. Eternity
    without an end or beginning in space and in the time in any imaginable dimension.

  4. Identity
    identical, i.e. congruent to itself.

  5. Identity of indiscernible (Leibniz law): two or more objects are identical (are one and the same) if they have all their property in common; therefore, there would be only one object in each world that possesses property.

  6. Adaptation
    the capacity of understanding new and unpredictable changes in social and natural environment. Adaptation is never evolution such as intended by Evolutionists, for no living being can evolve by itself; it can only adapt.

  7. Brain:
    the organ that serves as the centre of the nervous system in all vertebrate and most invertebrate animals.

  8. Power:
    the definition of power is that of J. K. Galbraith, i.e. a) punitive; b) remunerative; c) conditioning. Manipulation of nature and education are the further forms of power that we will analyze in this work.

  9. Education:
    the process of facilitating learning, knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits of a group of people are transferred to other people.

  10. Sex
    refers to biological qualities characteristic of women (females) and men (males) in terms of reproductive organs and functions based on chromosomal complement and physiology. As such, sex is globally understood as the classification of living beings as male and female.

  11. Gender
    refers to cultural and social attitudes that together shape and sanction “feminine” and “masculine” behaviours, products, technologies, environments, and knowledge.

  12. Gender analysis
    has been forecasted to be presented in some twelve methods in this project, initially following the scheme issued by the E.U. as per “Gender Innovations, How Gender Analysis Contributes to Research, Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, Directorate B – European Research Area, Unit B.6 – Ethics and Gender: Sector B6.2-Gender”

  13. Innovation
    in this project refers to new ideas, new knowledge, and new technologies and designs.

  14. Gender Innovations
    are defined as processes that integrate sex and gender analysis into all phases of basic and applied research to assure excellence and quality outcomes.

  15. Culture:
    in the words of E.B. Tylor, “that complex whole which includes knowledge, beliefs, art, morals, law, custom and any other capabilities, and habits acquired by man (/woman, note of the writer) as a member of a society.

  16. Annihilation
    collision of electrons and protons that converts their energy into a force carrying particles such as gluons and photons.

  17. Conservation of energy and conservation of total mass
    the conservation laws are exact only for an isolated system. In different cases the laws should be revised.

21) Essence
that what makes anything what it is. From Gödel’s Ontological Prof: “If x is an object in some world, then the property P is said to be an essence of x if P(x) is true in that world and if P entails all other properties that x has in that world. X “necessarily exists” if for every essence P the following is true: in every possible world, there is an element “y” with (y).

22) World
any system of reference concerning good reasoning; anything imaginable by human intelligence in any other eventual world or even in this world.

23) Principle of identity
i.e. the fundamental law of knowledge, and also ontological principle is the expression of the unconditional essence of reality (Realiataet = Identitaet mit sich), which is opposed to empirical reality (Wirklichkeit), which in turn is evolution (Geschehen). The principle of identity displays the essence of reality: only that which is identical to itself is real; the empirical world is ever-changing, therefore not real. The empirical world has an illusory character, because phenomena are ever-changing, and empirical reality is unknowable.

24) First principle
is a basic, foundational proposition or assumption that cannot be deduced from any other proposition or assumption. In mathematics, first principles are referred to as axioms, or postulates. In physics, and other sciences, theoretical work is said to be from first principles or “ab initio”, if it is started directly at the level of established science and does not make assumptions such as empirical model and fitting parameters. In a formal logic system, that is a set of propositions that are consistent with one another; it is (necessary/possible) that some of the statements can be deduced from one another. In the syllogism “All men are mortal; Socrates is a man; Socrates is mortal” The last claim can be deduced from the first two. A first principle is one that cannot be deduced from another. In Euclid’s geometry (see Euclid’s Elements) its hundreds of propositions can be deduced from a set of “definitions, postulates, and common notions”: all the three types constitute first principles.

25) Probability in a chaotic/casual universe.
Chaos has intelligence, i.e. the strange (external) attractor. Casualty has no intelligence, but probability. We can calculate (P) probability in any casual universe, if the event we expect, exists and /or can happen in that universe. In a chaotic universe we can understand its strange attractor, but cannot determine it; we can just approximate its probability.

26) Correspondence
similarity, analogy, agreement with something else or with one another and with the Universe.

27) Coherence
the quality of being logically integrated, consistent and intelligible with its specific set of sentences.

28) Congruence
of the same shape and size (geometry), in agreement.

29) Consistency
steady adherence to the same principles, course, form.

30) Entail
cause or require as necessary consequence.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This work was initiated by a team of friends for common passion for Ontology. For going on now it is strictly needed both financial contribution and labour support for creating a group of Experts for opinion polls and field testing.

The goal of the Expert Group shall be three folded:

  1. Provide scientists and engineers with practical methods for better understanding intelligence by gender, educational functions, power imposition in sex and gender, manipulation of intelligence and nature, for advancing intelligence knowledge, and the free will worth.

  2. Develop case studies as concrete illustrations of how power and education can manipulate intelligence;

  3. Develop case studies as concrete illustrations on how correct power and education can lead to new ideas and excellence in research, education, business and politics.

For matching the global reach of science and technology, the case studies shall be developed through European and international collaborations. The Expert Group, that we hope to enlarge, will consist of some ten members from across the Europe, the United States, Asia and Africa.

Experts will meet in a series of peer-reviewed and interdisciplinary workshops, representing a unique collaboration between experts in natural and artificial intelligence, culture, education, politics, sex and gender, opinion polls and field testing.

The case studies will certainly offer new insights in basic science, engineering & technological development, environment, food & nutrition, health and medicine, transport, as well as communicating science. These fields reflect priorities set in the new European Framework Programme Horizon.

BASIC SCIENCE

1) Intelligence in inorganic matter.
a) If Hydrogen and Oxygen combine in perfect harmony we can have the most precious good for life, i.e. water; if we force the combination of these two elements, we get the most power explosion. Why? Because AI has programmed the two elements this way. b) Have photons mass? If not, why we should believe in the theory of mass-energy equivalence?

We believe inorganic matter is regulated by a strange attractor, i.e. an intelligence that behaves as a firmware which indicates to matter how to behave in the physiologic state. We investigate just for searching traces of such intelligence

2) Intelligence in organic matter

2.1) Intelligence in vegetable beings
why an animal being can be generated by a vegetal being? The case of fruit and worm. We investigate to find traces of the intelligence which moves vegetable beings in their lives;

2.2) Intelligence in animal beings
why an animal is able to build a nest if it has never been educated to do that before? We investigate about the innate intelligence which moves animals.

2.3) Intelligence in human beings.
Why humans build cars and mouses do not? Because mouses need no car; they live in perfect harmony with nature.

We believe there exists an intelligent (therefore rational) human behaviour in environment and investigate about that. “Under capitalism man exploits man, in communism is right the opposit” (J.K. Galbraith), but what when man greedily exploits nature? We investigate about that.
