Anne Derenne (Alias ADENE) is a French cartoonist and illustrator based in Madrid (Spain). She studied international economics, getting a Master degree in development economics in 2006. In 2011 she began her carrier as a freelance cartoonist. She is collaborating with Cartoonmovement, Cartooning for Peace and with different magazines, NGOs and associations. Her artwork has been exhibited in a lot of collective international exhibitions worldwide. She has won several international prizes for her cartoons (In 2016, first prize in international cartoon contest Niels Bugge; in 2017, second prize in «Exile» cartoon contest organized by EXILE-Kulturkoordination in Germany ; in 2018 3 third prizes in three different international cartoon contest in Germany, Canada and Italy)
